This project consists of the construction of FAD Investment and
Development in the northern area of Riyadh, with a total floor
area of 1,350 sq. m.
M.CC's scope of works includes plumbing, mechanical HVAC, and
electrical works. External works include a guard house, parking,
pump room, generator room, and electrical substation room.
