This project consists of construction of FAD Investment and Development located at North Area of Riyadh with a total floor area of 1,350 sq. m.

MCC Scope of works includes Plumbing Works, Mechanical HVAC and Electrical Works. External Works includes Guard House, Parking, Pump Room, Generator Room, and Electrical Sub-Station Room.
