This project consists of the construction of Mawten Head Quarter
located in the north area of Riyadh with a total floor area of
1,500 sq. m.
M.CC's scope of works includes plumbing works, mechanical HVAC,
and electrical works. External works include a guard house,
parking, pump room, generator room, and electrical substation
room.
